Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Road Stabilisation Specialist. The selected candidate will be responsible for operating modern stabilising equipment to improve soil strength and prepare it for road construction.

This position requires a high level of skill and expertise in operating various types of equipment, including excavators, graders, and rollers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering civil works projects and possess relevant tickets and licences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate modern stabilising equipment to improve soil strength and prepare it for road construction
  • Work across subdivision projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
  • Collaborate with the project team to achieve project goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in the Civil Construction industry operating heavy machinery
  • Proven track record in delivering civil works projects
  • Relevant and current tickets and licences
  • Able to work 6:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with potential for Saturday work
