
Facilities Management Specialist

The role of an Operations Duty Manager is a pivotal position in ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining operations. This individual will serve as the company representative for incidents on occurrence and be exposed to CCTV footage and reporting.
Strong relationships with tenants, security personnel, and other stakeholders are essential for effective communication and presentation purposes. Key responsibilities include WHS and hazard reporting, daily property inspections, investigating maintenance issues at the precinct, and providing timely and friendly responses to all customer and internal enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the company in incident occurrences and review CCTV footage and reports
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, security personnel, and other stakeholders for effective communication and presentation purposes
- Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and report hazards
- Conduct daily property inspections to identify potential issues
- Investigate maintenance issues at the precinct and implement solutions
- Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer and internal enquiries
- Monitor ground transportation services
Requirements:
- Previous experience in facilities management or a related field is desirable
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent report writing and computer literacy skills
- Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple situations simultaneously
- High level of service delivery to internal and external stakeholders
- Professional image and personal presentation
- Exposure to risk management principles
