Role Overview

Kincare is seeking a dedicated Home Care Worker to join our team in the Fairfield area. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life and well-being of our customers.

Salary and Benefits

Job Description

As a Home Care Worker, your day will involve:

  • Providing domestic assistance to older individuals, ensuring their homes are safe and beautiful spaces for them to live.
  • Assisting customers with meal preparation and shopping.
  • Offering social support and transporting customers to lifestyle activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle, as travel is an essential part of the position.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility to work at least three days per week, Monday to Friday, without night or weekend shifts.
