The Opportunity

CSL Behring is seeking a highly skilled Production Planning Associate to join its Supply Planning team. Reporting to the Director Planning and Procurement, you will play a critical role in supporting the business plans and priorities as agreed by the Sales and Operations and Integrated Business Planning.

This is a 12-month fixed term role that will provide you with the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The Role

  • Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date production schedules and inventory levels in the ERP system.
  • Assist with ensuring Materials Requirement Planning is accurate and efficient, and support the Master Production Schedule.
  • Coordinate with other CSL Behring sites to ensure timely delivery of intermediate supplies to meet production plans.
  • Support the Sales and Operations Planning cycle with supply planning information to ensure customer requirements are met and inventory targets are maintained.
  • Maintain accurate intercompany transactions and ensure data integrity in the ICTM system.
  • Assist with ensuring key inventory and planning S&OP policies are up-to-date and adhered to.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Experience in supply chain, planning, manufacturing, or a related discipline is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with SAP or equivalent ERP systems is essential.
  • Exposure to Sales and Operations Planning is highly valued.
  • Experience in a detail planning/scheduling environment is necessary.
  • Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.
  • Experience working in a GMP environment (Pharma/food) is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of inventory management and control principles is essential.
