As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future learner experience.

The Lifetime Learner Experience (LLE) was established to coordinate and optimise this future experience. It comprises three core functions where cross-functional resources meet emerging priorities and peak periods of activity.

This position involves representing our institution at school career markets, visits and on-campus recruitment activities. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with Careers Advisers and representing us on the National Association for Prospective Student Advisors (NAPSA).

  • Participate in careers markets across Australia throughout the year, representing our institution as needed
  • Support outreach programs and events for metro and regional areas
  • Liaise directly with Careers Advisers to organise recruitment activities
  • Support delivery of partnership programs and events
  • Coordinate participant feedback through surveys and focus groups, collating and reviewing findings to inform future events
  • Assist with rostering casual student ambassadors for outreach programs and events
  • Maintain our Outreach CRM Database, ensuring accuracy and currency
  • Develop and produce content across multiple platforms for student recruitment activities, consulting key stakeholders
  • Assist with annual contracts and timely delivery of invoices and payments for sponsors
  • Recruit, train and supervise student ambassadors to represent our institution at outreach events

Key selection criteria:

  1. Demonstrated experience planning and coordinating events and outreach within the higher education sector
  2. Prior experience providing excellent customer/client service and support to internal and external stakeholders
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients and students
