The Role

As a Corporate Finance Manager or Senior Manager, you will lead end-to-end projects in financial and vendor due diligence, pre-lending reviews, capital markets, and IPOs, as well as sales and purchase agreement support.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing lasting client relationships and expanding your network to address client needs.
  • Overseeing client engagements and staff members from across the firm.
  • Collaborating with Partners to develop and implement the practice's strategic direction, ensuring uniform processes and procedures.
  • Driving a high-performing culture that delivers quality outcomes for clients and growth opportunities for junior colleagues.

Requirements

You may have:

  • A degree in accounting, management, commerce, business, or finance.
  • CA and/or CFA qualifications or similar.
  • Strong experience in transaction services, client advisory, business development, and engagement management.
  • Experience delivering high-quality outcomes while minimising risks.
  • Solid analytical and research skills.
  • Advanced report writing skills.
  • Project and team management experience.
