The Role


As a Corporate Finance Associate, you will be part of our Corporate Finance Team and responsible for funding our business for all its operational and investment needs.


Reporting directly to the Corporate Finance Director, you will focus specifically on our APAC region and have a fantastic exposure to our business model, funding, and cash flow management strategy.


Key Responsibilities



  • Finance and manage projects for the organization (research, approach, close) with banks, investors, and leasing partners.
  • Create and update financial models/business plans.
  • Headline fleet-related purchases, such as insurance and managing relationships with leasing and production companies.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to explain business plans.
  • Prepare cash flow maps, design strategies for use of funds, and support on treasury decisions.
  • Prepare reports on business updates and financial statements for external stakeholders.
  • Create the funding strategy of the business for its operational and investment plan.
  • Prepare cash flow models and project the cash flow needs for the following 18 months.
  • Create the 5-year business plan for the company, including new business units to be created.
  • Prepare reports for the Board, Shareholders, and Management meetings.
  • Create, structure, and set up special financing projects with the strong collaboration of other departments.
  • Participate in discussions with insurance companies to secure better conditions.
