Job Opportunity

CatholicCare NT is a Territory-wide NGO providing family counselling and support, financial wellbeing, domestic and family violence programs, housing, aged care advocacy, AOD, mental health, employment, and community development programs.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to oversee and lead our diverse portfolio of child, family and community services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing child, family, and community programs, program and strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and staff leadership to enhance the well-being and resilience of children, families, and communities in the NT.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality programs that meet the needs of children, families, and communities
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, community groups, and local organizations
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to deliver high-quality services
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of CatholicCare NT's strategic plans and goals
What We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, Community Services, Psychology, or a related field (master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior management role within the social services sector
  • Experience in working with Department of Social Services (DSS) contracts highly regarded
  • Demonstrated experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation
