Director of Educational Leadership

This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated leader to join our team as the Director of Educational Leadership.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a passionate team, ensuring the highest standards of care, education, and compliance for 100 children.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and support your team to deliver outstanding educational experiences.
  • Manage day-to-day operations including compliance, occupancy, and staffing levels.
  • Partner with families and the local community to promote a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Drive centre performance through strategic planning, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Foster a culture of learning, wellbeing, and professional growth within the team.
Requirements
  • A Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved).
  • Proven leadership experience as a Centre Director or Assistant Director (minimum 2 years).
  • Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Current SA Working with Children Check (Employee).
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  • A passion for driving educational excellence and team development.
