This is a unique chance to lead from day one and build your own team in a state-of-the-art environment.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in establishing a high-performing team of Nurses and Personal Care Assistants, ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional care.
This is a full-time position with some occasional on-call responsibilities that include weekends and nights.
About the Role:
- Full accountability for staffing, budgeting, and compliance
- Leading and coaching your team with a strong focus on recruitment, development, and recognition
- Overseeing the delivery of care and services for all village residents
- Building meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and stakeholders
- Supporting sound clinical decision-making and ensuring quality care at all times
- Managing audits, policy implementation, and working with key external agencies
About You:
You bring proven experience in clinical settings and a deep understanding of Australia's aged care sector.
As a seasoned manager, you're ready to embrace a new challenge – driven by a passion for leading teams, delivering high-quality outcomes, and making a meaningful difference in people's lives.
