About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Market Operations division as a Market Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, facilitating internal and external cash transactions, and coordinating funding requirements.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage operational support requirements, identify and implement process improvements to enhance controls and efficiencies, and support the performance management and development of the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the performance management and development of the team
Requirements
  • 2-5 years prior experience in an operations, finance or related environment
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management experience
  • Effective people management and / or leadership skills
  • An inquisitive mindset and exceptional communication and prioritisation skills with the ability to drive change and challenge the status quo
  • Experience using analytical software such as Alteryx and Power BI is advantageous
