Real Estate Investment Intern

This role offers hands-on experience in client outreach, relationship management, and the property investment industry. You will be trained in sales fundamentals and work directly with our leadership team.

Job Description:

We are seeking a full-time Sales Intern to join our Sydney-based team. As an intern, you will be involved in our sales process from day one, building relationships, managing leads, and contributing to business growth. High-performing interns will be considered for a permanent role on our sales or client strategy team. You'll also have the opportunity to earn commission on any leads that result in closed deals, even during the internship period.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to warm leads and introduce prospective clients to our services
  • Manage early-stage client communications and follow-up outreach
  • Assist with CRM updates, sales materials, and internal documentation
  • Contribute to sales scripts, outreach messaging, and other enablement efforts
  • Attend internal sales and strategy meetings to gain insight into the full sales cycle
Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal communication skills and confidence speaking on the phone
  • Highly motivated, reliable, and well-organized
  • Demonstrated interest in sales, property, startups, or business development
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment
