About This Role

This is a hands-on role that allows you to collaborate with multiple teams to drive results and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Be the key contact for council and utility clients in a stable and growing industry.
  • Lead a small team to drive customer success initiatives and ensure KPIs and service levels are met.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Manage job submissions, conduct post-run reviews, and proactive customer calls.
  • Plan and schedule jobs, coordinating with data, development, and production teams.
  • Monitor stock orders and levels for customers, and prepare and issue customer invoices.
  • Generate operational reports and recommend process improvements.
Key Qualifications

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, client services, or operations coordination.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Experience with job scheduling, invoicing, and reporting.
