Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to lead our team in achieving operational excellence. As a key member of the organization, you will have direct responsibility for leading and motivating a team, driving business growth, and maintaining a high standard of store presentation.
About the Role:
- Lead a team of up to 15 members
- Drive business growth through effective stock management and visual merchandising
- Maintain a high standard of store presentation and adherence to brand guidelines
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently. You should also have a keen eye for detail and be able to maintain accurate records.
