Site Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Engineer to join our team in Sydney. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with Project Engineers, Supervisors and site crews to support the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of infrastructure projects.

As a Site Engineer, you will play a key part in planning, coordinating and monitoring day-to-day site activities ensuring that program, quality and safety standards are consistently met.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career with a contractor delivering diverse and technically challenging projects across Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning, coordinating and monitoring day-to-day site activities
  • Ensuring compliance with program, quality and safety standards
  • Working closely with Project Engineers, Supervisors and site crews
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
  • Previous experience in civil infrastructure (roads, rail, drainage, utilities, or structures)
  • Strong organisational skills to coordinate subcontractors, materials and site resources
  • A proactive, safety-first mindset with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with project teams, consultants and clients
  • Working knowledge of construction programs, QA processes and reporting tools
