Job Opportunity: Product Quality Specialist

About the Role

  • Lead Quality Assurance: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure compliance with product safety and quality standards.
  • Product Development Support: Work closely with design and buying teams to guarantee product quality and safety throughout the development process.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to resolve product-related issues for both Kmart and Target teams.
  • Compliance & Safety: Stay updated on regulatory changes and coordinate training with relevant stakeholders.
  • Benchmarking & Audits: Conduct competitor benchmarking and regular store audits to maintain product quality and safety standards.
