Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Process Technician to join our team.

This role is critical in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing, improving, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, and other quality documents.
  • Testing and analysing raw materials, manufactured and purchased goods to ensure they meet our stringent quality standards.
  • Collaborating with chemists or formulation specialists on new product scale-ups, raw material substitutions, and trial productions.
  • Driving process improvements, conducting audits, and being actively involved in quality and production-related processes.
  • Assisting in the investigation and resolution of quality-related issues, aiming for best practice outcomes.
  • Conducting quality audits to support continuous improvement within our facilities.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., chemistry, engineering).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and teamwork skills, proficiency in MS Office and relevant software applications.
