We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced property professional to join our team as a Senior Property Manager. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing and implementing our customer-centric property services in accordance with the Management Agreement to maximise the financial and operational performance of our portfolio.

The Role

This fixed-term contract, commencing on 1 November, will see you working as a self-starter, managing an A-Grade asset in Sydney's CBD. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and building tenant relationships to improve retention and enhance our reputation as a customer-focused business
  • Providing operational support to our Asset Managers and Investment Managers to ensure the effective performance and management of the Portfolio and the team
Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of five years' experience in commercial property management, combining expertise in office buildings to add value for high-profile tenants
  • Strong lease negotiation skills, knowing when to hold firm or compromise to reach an agreement that meets our business needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to provide clear and concise proposals and recommendations
  • Ability to manage multiple capital expenditure projects while maintaining a busy portfolio
  • Understanding of asset ownership drivers and the ability to articulate how property management services contribute to effective utilisation and returns from assets
  • Customer-focused approach, ensuring first-class customer service and optimised performance of the asset
  • Experience in preparing, managing and monitoring annual budget plans
  • Proven track record in building high-level customer relationships and improving tenant retention
  • Tertiary qualification in property or a related discipline, ideally with at least five years of commercial property management experience
  • Numerate and competent in financial and property management systems, with advanced skills in Excel
  • Solid understanding of property fundamentals and valuation principles

What we offer: An attractive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
