About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in driving the future of maintenance and asset management at Bis Industries. In this strategic role, you will lead medium to long-term plans to optimise our maintenance supply chains and ensure our operations stay ahead of the curve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate annual strategic and quarterly planning meetings to drive collaboration across teams and deliver on long-term asset and maintenance strategies.
  • Work with Supply Chain to manage inventory strategy for parts requirements, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
  • Develop strategies for external workshop partnerships to optimise capacity, improve velocity and quality outcomes.
  • Manage maintenance supply chain efficiency, anticipating variability in parts, labour, and asset availability to meet customer demand.
  • Use planning tools to evaluate scenarios, assessing risk and opportunities while ensuring alignment with the company's broader strategy.
  • Track performance metrics to monitor progress and adapt plans as necessary.
