Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality designs using advanced software, with expertise in Civil 3D beneficial;
- Manage, plan, resource, and complete assigned modelling projects within agreed timelines;
- Assist the Project Manager in determining drafting and design resources required for project plans, including elements suitable for outsourcing;
- Produce accurate, clear, and concise project documents that meet industry standards and quality expectations;
- Resolve complex technical drafting and design issues;
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with Project Managers, Design Engineers, and drafters within other disciplines;
- Relevant Engineering degree and/or certifications;
- At least 5+ years of demonstrated industry experience in advanced software application, with in-depth knowledge of civil design standards;
- Experience with various software programs, such as AutoCAD, and 12d Synergy;
- Design knowledge in road design, earthworks, grading design, and utilities design;
- Excellent client-focus and sound technical know-how;
- Ability to develop design elements from concept sketches to detailed drawings;
- High attention to detail and ability to deliver quality output within timelines;
Mandatory experience: Working on Urban Development projects in Southeast Qld. or Northern NSW.
