Key Position: Credit Risk Management Specialist

About this role:

We are seeking a skilled Credit Risk Management Specialist to provide high-level support to our National Credit & Funding Team.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate records, ensuring timely follow-ups with customers
  • Identifying and monitoring accounts at potential risk
  • Performing regular banking and allocation tasks
  • Providing weekly reports
  • Resolving disputes in a timely manner and negotiating payment terms

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in credit/collections or similar roles
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • SAP experience (desired)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to engage and establish relationships with stakeholders
  • A proven capacity to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and possess a positive attitude
  • Self-motivation with a strong desire to meet and exceed performance targets
