Data Insight Strategist Role

A high-impact role that supports smarter media spend across digital, direct and offline channels.

This position partners with marketing, customer analytics, and external vendors to build, test and operationalise models that improve return on investment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop data-driven insights to inform marketing strategy and delivery for all channels.
  • Build statistical and machine learning models for ROI, response and causality.
  • Integrate data from various sources including media platforms, CRM, internal sources, and partners.
  • Communicate complex insights into clear narratives for senior business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Master's or PhD in Statistics, Data Science, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years' experience with statistical/machine learning modeling in a regulated industry.
  • Proficient in Python, R, SQL, and modern data science libraries.
  • Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence and explain complex ideas.
  • Strong grasp of causal inference, time series modelling and experimental design.
