Job Opportunity

The Analytics Lead will oversee a high-performing team, fostering excellence and collaboration.

  • Drive Data-Informed Decision Making: Partner with Advanced Analytics, Planning, and Enterprise Data teams to develop sustainable solutions.
  • Deliver Insightful Reporting: Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of robust data models and compelling dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Leverage Advanced Analytics: Apply machine learning and predictive analytics to forecast trends and model business decisions.
  • Ensure Data Quality and Compliance: Uphold data quality and ensure compliance with relevant standards, policies, and regulations.
  • Translate Data into Action: Provide clear recommendations through advanced analysis, informing strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in data analytics and science, delivering impactful insights.
  • Proven leadership in building and managing analytics teams.
  • Deep expertise in data modeling, reporting, and dashboard development.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and machine learning techniques.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
