Job Title: Quality Systems Manager

Job Description

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving quality excellence across our sites. As a Quality Systems Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will be responsible for managing the Hold & Release program, analysing quality data, and driving improvements in food safety and quality systems. Your expertise in HACCP, auditing processes, and quality management systems is essential to achieve these goals.

In addition, you will foster engagement by modelling positive behaviours and sharing best practices across teams and sites. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Manage the Hold & Release program to ensure product compliance with quality standards
  • Analyse quality data to drive improvements in food safety and quality systems
  • Foster engagement by modelling positive behaviours and sharing best practices across teams and sites
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Food Science or related field with HACCP training is essential
  • Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems and auditing processes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP and database knowledge desirable
