Customer Service Team Members Wanted

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Superstars. As a member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences.

  • Giving customers an outstanding service experience.
  • Assisting customers with queries and providing solutions.
  • Serving customers with various food & beverage options.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

  • A positive demeanor and excellent communication skills.
  • Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required.
  • Good attention to detail and cash handling skills.
  • An understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • A flexible approach to work, prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Preferred qualifications include at least 6 months' experience in fast food or restaurants.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to every customer, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Communication: Develop strong relationships with customers, responding promptly to their queries and resolving issues efficiently.
