The PositionWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Cadet to join our team. As a Sales Cadet, you will work closely with our seasoned Sales/Business Development Manager to learn the ropes and develop foundational sales skills. Your responsibilities will include evaluating customer needs, maintaining customer databases, processing orders, and scheduling follow-up stock check phone calls.
Key Responsibilities- Assist our Sales teams in managing client accounts and providing exceptional customer service.
- Prepare quotations for Account Managers and Business Development Managers.
- Create and record order forms and complete orders in a timely manner.
- Generate quotes for new and existing customers and ensure timely communication.
- Assist in regular stock check telephone calls as requested/required by sales team.
- Prepare samples and marketing materials for new clients and current customers as required.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings with customers and stakeholders.
- Update and maintain customer details and outcomes of conversations in our CRM system.
We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a high attention to detail, and a desire to learn and grow within the company. You should be able to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary, based on experience, ranging from $55k to $70k plus superannuation. Our working hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a half-hour meal break. Our location is Castle Hill 2154.
