Cyber Law Specialist Role

As a Cyber Law Specialist, you will be responsible for advising clients on matters related to cyber and information law, data protection and privacy law, e-commerce including electronic contracting, bid-data analytics, artificial intelligence, biometrics, Internet of Things and cloud, blockchain, cryptocurrencies and NFTs.

This role is ideal for an experienced legal professional with expertise in responding to cyber incidents and delivering legal excellence in a fast-paced digital environment.

You will be working as the first point of contact for clients facing cyber law crises, leading incident response efforts, managing legal, operational and reputational risks, overseeing a team of high-performing lawyers, providing mentorship and career development, navigating complex regulatory obligations, investigations and notification requirements, and collaborating with industry-leading experts in digital forensics, IT restoration, data risk assessment and threat actor engagement and extortion negotiations.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in law or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in cyber law
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
