Ziicloud is seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital media team, you will be responsible for creating engaging web content and marketing materials that showcase our brand's visual identity.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual who can produce high-quality multimedia content, including videos, animations, and digital graphics. You will work closely with our network specialists and technicians to ensure our website remains fresh and up-to-date, incorporating customer guideline videos and promotions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Content Creation: Produce engaging web content and marketing materials using multimedia software and tools like Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe After Effects.
  2. Collaboration: Work with network specialists and technicians to address web-related issues, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility.
  3. Website Maintenance: Ensure our website remains fresh and up-to-date by incorporating customer guideline videos and promotions.
  4. Client Communication: Meet with clients to understand their expectations and needs, and design and develop the Help Center section displayed on our website.
  5. Asset Management: Maintain the library of Help Center assets.
  6. Visual Content Creation: Create a range of visual content, including videos, for various platforms such as websites, presentations, kiosks, billboards, online advertising, and social channels.
  7. Brand Consistency: Proactively improve the visual brand across all channels and adhere to established master brand guidelines.
  8. Campaign Development: Design and develop campaign webpages for display on our website, partner platforms, and social media channels.
  9. Support Functions: Assist the Sales and Customer Service Departments with social media marketing activities.
  10. Concept Development: Seek opportunities for creative concept development, such as new logos and visual identity elements for sub-brands and future products/programs.

Requirements

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in a field related to multimedia and technologies, such as computing, computer science, multimedia technology, software development, web development, visual arts, or relevant experience of a minimum of 5 years.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a multimedia specialist within a technology company.
  3. Skills: Proficiency in multimedia software and tools such as video editing software, graphic design software, and web development tools. Demonstrate a high level of competence using Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  4. Knowledge: Familiarity with multimedia production processes, including video editing, animation, and graphic design.
  5. Communication: Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  6. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with a team whilst also being able to take initiative and work autonomously.
  7. Time Management: Strong time management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines and effectively prioritize tasks.
