**The Opportunity**

As a Multimedia Specialist, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality digital assets that enhance online learning. You will be responsible for developing concepts, scripting, recording, and editing multimedia content, as well as maintaining and updating associated multimedia templates for use by the Learning Design team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop multimedia concepts and scripts for educational content
* Record and edit audio and video content
* Maintain and update multimedia templates
* Provide expert advice and support to learning designers and academics on the use of digital assets

**Requirements:**

* 3+ years of experience in commercial, industry, or academic creative production environments
* Competencies in OES preferred products and technologies (including Adobe Creative Suite)
* Experience in media production and market readiness with an eLearning/academic focus
* Demonstrated expertise in innovative production methods and tools for online content delivery
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary environment
* An appropriate qualification in multimedia design and production (experience in educational environments and familiarity with learning management systems is highly regarded)
