This Leasing Manager role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of leasing and property management functions. As the bridge between property owners and tenants, you will be responsible for leadership, problem-solving, and process optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, exceeding service expectations and promoting our value.">
  • Portfolio Oversight: Manage the property portfolio in compliance with relevant legal frameworks.">
  • Transactional Management: Handle end-to-end lease transactions, providing strategic advice and liaising with stakeholders.">
  • Market and Leasing Activities: Conduct market scans, negotiate leases, and achieve the best outcomes.">
  • Business and Reporting Functions: Prepare business cases, maintain transaction records, and create operational reports.">
  • Financial and Risk Management: Support portfolio financial management and risk assessment.">
  • Team Leadership and Development: Provide support to team members, foster team morale, and prepare succession plans.">
  • Professional Environment: Encourage collaboration and high performance within the team.">

Requirements:

">
  • Minimum Assistant Agent ACT real estate certificate or equivalent interstate qualification.">
  • Tertiary qualification in a Property, Business, or Commercial field is preferred but not essential.">
  • Class 2 ACT real estate certificate or interstate equivalent.">
  • Good understanding of Commonwealth Policies including the PGPA and LAA Act.">
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Planner, Teams, and SharePoint apps.">

Experience:

  • Previous experience in transactions, leasing, or commercial real estate combined with people management skills.">
  • Goal-oriented and focused on consistently meeting and exceeding performance targets.">
  • Strong client service and communication skills with ability to chair stakeholder meetings.">
  • Proven track record of excellent stakeholder engagement and familiarity with work health and safety requirements.">
