**Job Title:** Client Growth Strategist

We are seeking a Client Growth Strategist to join our ANZ Key Account Management team at IQVIA Argentina. As a strategic thinker, you will have the opportunity to drive business growth and expansion within allocated accounts.

Your primary focus will be on developing and executing strategies to increase revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.

As a Client Growth Strategist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within allocated accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within allocated accounts.
  • Anticipate and address clients' needs through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Monitor client satisfaction with contracted deliverables and work with the sales management team and Client Service's management to achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3-5 years of proven account management experience.
  • Exceptional communication and listening skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously, taking ownership of tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrated strength in collaboration, fostering teamwork across departments.
  • Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and being process-driven.
  • Business development experience and exceptional presentation skills to showcase our solutions effectively.
  • Currently living in Australia with full-time working rights.
