Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and client service support across residential, commercial, and SMSF loan processes
  • Assist with loan packaging, application submissions, and client communications
  • Liaise with lenders, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth processing from application to settlement
  • Learn and grow under the guidance of experienced Mortgage Brokers
  • Take on increasing responsibility with a view to becoming a fully-fledged broker
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in mortgage/lending support or financial services (1–2 years preferred)
  • Genuine interest in becoming a Mortgage Broker
  • Certificate in Mortgage Broking
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Client-focused, professional attitude
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the team
  • Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain)
