- Possess strong organisational and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrate a client-focused, professional attitude, prioritising customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Show willingness to learn and grow within the team, embracing opportunities for development and self-improvement.
- Hold a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking, or be willing to obtain one, as evidence of advanced knowledge and skills.
