A respected and growing Financial Planning & Accounting firm based in Wayville, South Australia, is seeking a Mortgage Broker Support Officer to join our collaborative team. Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and client service support across residential, commercial, and SMSF loan processes

  • Assist with loan packaging, application submissions, and client communications

  • Liaise with lenders, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth processing from application to settlement

  • Learn and grow under the guidance of experienced Mortgage Brokers

  • Over time, take on increasing responsibility with a view to becoming a fully-fledged broker

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in mortgage/lending support or financial services (1–2 years preferred)

  • A genuine interest in becoming a Mortgage Broker

  • Certificate in Mortgage Broking

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • A client-focused, professional attitude

  • Willingness to learn and grow within the team

  • Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain)
