Youth Mental Health Intake and Assessment Professional
This role involves coordinating the intake process for our Youth Residential Recovery Program and Youth Outreach Recovery Service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage incoming referrals from individuals, carers, mental health agencies, and community health services.
- Oversee the initial needs identification, mental health screening, risk assessments, and selection panel prioritisation.
- Coordinate referrals, chair selection panels, and promote our services to potential referral agencies and consumers.
- Strong knowledge and experience in youth developmental needs, mental health, and recovery work.
- Demonstrated experience in working with people with complex mental health needs, including treatment, support, and rehabilitation approaches.
- Experience in screening and assessing individuals with mental health needs and co-occurring issues.
