Trade Sales Assistant

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a reliable and friendly trade sales assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and possess basic computer knowledge.

The role will involve serving and assisting customers, maintaining stock levels, making deliveries and general cleaning. The majority of customers are regular tradesmen, so it is essential to provide excellent customer service to uphold customer satisfaction and relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Speaking with customers and suppliers on the phone
  • Ordering and receipting in stock
  • Maintaining stock levels and warehouse duties
  • Local deliveries of plumbing supplies
  • Picking and packing orders

Requirements:

  • Manual Driver's Licence
  • General Computer Skills
  • COVID-19 Vaccination
  • Customer Service Experience
