Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve customer technical issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless support to customers
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide expert-level support
  • Participate in training and readiness programs to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices
  • Identify and escalate potential product defects to contribute to product improvements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 1+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience
