Milestone It is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Delivery Lead to spearhead the team in the Search & Attract domain and lead a crucial Data Cleanse Project.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a proven track record of leading and delivering complex projects. They will also have experience in data cleansing projects within large organizations, preferably in the retail sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to uplift delivery processes in the Search & Attract domain, working closely with cross-functional teams to align search and attraction efforts with business goals. They will also lead the planning, execution, and completion of a comprehensive data cleanse project for our retail chain.

The Delivery Lead will oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. They will proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes and implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall delivery efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions, and familiarity with relevant tools and technologies in search and data management.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team dedicated to enhancing delivery capabilities in the Search & Attract domain.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
  • Develop and execute strategies to uplift delivery processes in the Search & Attract domain.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align search and attraction efforts with business goals.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and completion of a comprehensive data cleanse project for our retail chain.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall delivery efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in leading delivery teams, especially in the Search & Attract domain.
  • Strong project management skills, with a successful track record of leading and delivering complex projects.
  • Experience in data cleansing projects within large organizations, preferably in the retail sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with relevant tools and technologies in search and data management.
