About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Delivery Director to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a key member of our Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for delivering project controls services and taking ownership of end-to-end service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery: Deliver project controls services, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery.
  • Business Development: Help grow the brand through business development and client relationships.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire the project controls team across a variety of Infrastructure projects, covering rail, roads, power & utilities, aviation, and renewables.
  • Client Relationships: Be a key person our clients can liaise with.
  • New Business Opportunities: Creating new client and consultant relationships and opportunities in the marketplace.
  • Talent Development: Growing and developing exceptional people for their team.
  • Service Delivery Leadership: Displaying excellence in service delivery leadership.
Requirements
  • Experience: 15+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Qualifications: A recognised Degree qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar.
  • Infrastructure Experience: Infrastructure experience is a prerequisite, especially in the power, utilities, renewables, rail, aviation, or road sectors.
  • Mentoring: Have a passion for mentoring the team and the future generation.
  • Client Engagement: Track record of engaging and influencing clients at a senior level.
  • Growth Strategies: Clear understanding to implement strategies for growth, with clear relevance to the local market context.
  • Estimation: Ability to produce resource-based estimates, top down cost plans or parametric cost models.
