Our client is seeking a skilled 3D Design Specialist to support an architectural visualization project. The role requires creating detailed 3D models based on provided AutoCAD drawings and producing photorealistic renderings. There may be opportunities for animation work, depending on feasibility. This is a remote freelance contract with potential follow-up projects after successful delivery.

  2. Develop accurate 3D models from provided AutoCAD architectural drawings.
  3. Create high-quality interior and exterior renderings suitable for presentation and client review.
  4. E nsure realistic textures, lighting, and environmental details are applied to enhance visual appeal.
  5. Provide project files and final outputs in industry-standard formats.
  6. Optionally produce a short 3D animation if resources and time allow.
  7. Revise work based on client feedback to ensure alignment with project goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:">

The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in 3D design, architectural visualization, and rendering. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Blender, or similar 3D modeling tools is required. Familiarity with rendering engines such as V-Ray, Corona Renderer, or Lumion is also necessary. Additionally, the candidate should have the ability to interpret architectural drawings and translate them into detailed 3D models. A strong eye for detail, materials, textures, and lighting techniques is essential.
