We are seeking a highly skilled and resourceful Yard Supervisor to join our team.

About the Role
  • Deliver materials to site using our Isuzu Hiab truck and Hino truck – unloading by hand or Hiab (no experience needed, we'll train you)
  • Loading trucks smartly, planning what goes where and in what order so deliveries flow smoothly
  • Coordinating next-day deliveries with our Operations Manager - ensuring everything gets where it needs to be, when it needs to be there
  • Owning the yard – tracking what's out on site, checking tools and materials as they return, reporting damage or missing gear
  • Planning and problem-solving – deciding which truck to use, what order deliveries should be in and how to get the most out of your day
  • Vehicle maintenance - undertaking pre-start checks, basic maintenance for delivery vehicles and Hiab crane and reporting issues to be dealt with

This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication, adaptability, and a great attitude. You will work closely with our team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

What You Will Need
  • Forklift licence (LF) – essential
  • MR Truck Licence – essential
  • BASIC mechanical maintenance aptitude
  • A solid level of physical fitness – you'll be on your feet, lifting, loading and hands-on daily - fitness is a job perk
  • A great attitude – ready to get stuck in, take initiative and work closely with our team
  • Strong communication – you'll work directly with the Ops Manager and site crew
  • Adaptability - rapidly change plans as needed to meet changing site or project priorities
