Job Overview

A key role in our organisation is to identify and deliver training requirements, ensuring our staff are qualified and compliant for their roles.

  • We're looking for someone who can develop and conduct internal training courses for targeted audiences.
  • Sources external training courses, venues and resources to support company objectives.
  • Liaises with subject matter experts to maintain course currency and development.
  • Drafts and updates manuals and training guides to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintains accurate training records and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing people and maintaining compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and teaching skills.
  • Inventing effective training packages and implementing them.
  • Strong computing skills in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Attention to detail and prioritising work commitments.

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent qualification in adult education.
  • Aircraft Maintenance Trade or CASA Part 66 Cat B licence.
  • Recent experience developing Engineering related training courses.
  • Thorough understanding of CASR Parts 145 and 147.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and Authorizing Software.
  • Desirable: Experience with Embraer E190 and Fokker F70/100 aircraft.
