About This Role

Our organisation is a global leader in railway engineering and training, working with agencies across various countries. As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), we deliver nationally accredited rail training programs while providing engineering services throughout Australia and internationally.

We are seeking experienced Rail Industry Technical Trainers/Assessors to join our team on an ongoing casual/contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified professionals who want to:

  • Deliver Rail based technical training and assessment for local Rail programs including Trackside Safety, SARC, WET, RCPO, Protection Officer and Communications.
  • Support workforce capability across the rail industry.
  • Work flexibly with an organisation committed to quality, safety, and professional development.

This role requires current or recent rail industry experience, along with the ability to engage diverse learners and adapt training for operational contexts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical training and assessment for local Rail programs.
  • Support workforce capability across the rail industry.

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
  • Qualification in Rail related qualifications is an advantage.
