Job Description

As a seasoned growth strategist, you will be responsible for driving profit-first growth through expert strategy and leadership. You will implement our growth marketing framework to help clients scale profitably and overcome growth challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and present data-driven strategies that align with each client's business objectives
  • Cross-Channel Strategy: Guide and oversee the strategic use of paid marketing channels to drive scalable, profitable growth
  • Creative Strategy: Collaborate with the creative team to ensure high-converting, brand-aligned creative is deployed and tested across relevant channels
  • Budget Allocation: Identify and execute budget allocation strategies that maximize profitable growth
  • Client Relationships: Be the go-to advisor for your clients, providing results-oriented guidance and support
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor your team to deliver seamlessly aligned growth strategies
  • Best Practice Contributor: Help define and refine our best practices, testing methods, and playbooks
Requirements
  • Ideally, 3+ years of experience in eCommerce paid social strategy (DTC experience a plus)
  • Proven success driving results with significant ad budgets
  • Marketing expertise in creative strategy, data analysis, and fundamentals
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including mastery of critical metrics such as MER, CLTV, and nCPA
  • Top-notch communication skills with a client-centered mindset
