Lead Financial Analyst

The Accounting Manager will oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes. This role involves managing a team of accountants, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting & Compliance: Coordinate annual audit with external auditors, review financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local regulations.
- Leadership: Manage the accounting team, conduct performance reviews, and identify training and development needs.
- Ad Hoc Reporting: Provide financial analysis and reporting to support CFO decision-making.
About You
We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager who possesses excellent leadership and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing accounting teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing financial analysis and reporting.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, this individual should possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
In addition, this Accounting Manager should be able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including finance and management teams.
This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a senior management role.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with accounting software.
