We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Rehabilitation Specialist to join our dynamic team at Rehab Management. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering top-tier, client-focused rehabilitation services to individuals navigating complex rehabilitation plans.
Key Responsibilities- Advocacy and Counselling: Advocate for individuals who feel disempowered to advocate for their own recovery and health, providing emotional support and guidance throughout their rehabilitation journey.
- Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments to guide individuals toward their new career goals and circumstances, developing graduated return plans in collaboration with treating health professionals.
- Case Management: Manage complex psychological issues, liaising with treating health professionals to ensure the best recovery outcomes for clients.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with clients, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless rehabilitation services.
- Tertiary Qualifications: Hold tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling and registration with ASORC.
- Commitment to Excellence: Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional rehabilitation services, with a passion for helping individuals navigate complex rehabilitation plans.
