Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead Dynamics Business Central implementations from start to finish, ensuring seamless alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.

Main responsibilities include conducting comprehensive discovery workshops, analyzing supply chain processes, identifying pain points, and building lasting rapport with clients.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of supply chain modules, procurement, manufacturing, order management, warehouse management, and experience in pre-sales presentations, solution design, and implementation execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement and Discovery: Conduct thorough discovery workshops, understand complex supply chain processes, identify key pain points, and build strong relationships.
  • Solution Design and Scoping: Lead scoping workshops, document client requirements, create detailed functional specifications, and develop comprehensive design documentation.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Lead engaging presentations and discussions, clearly articulate value propositions, and demonstrate solutions effectively.
  • Implementation Execution: Coordinate project sprints, manage resources efficiently, mitigate risks, and prepare critical documentation.
  • Training and Mentorship: Deliver end-user training sessions, act as a mentor, and promote continuous learning and development.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest Dynamics Business Central features and improve implementation methodologies continually.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central implementations, customizations, and configurations.
  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain modules, procurement, manufacturing, order management, warehouse management, etc.
  • Strong project leadership skills from initiation to completion.
  • Experience in discovery workshops, scoping, and pre-sales presentations.
  • Advanced functional expertise in Dynamics modules and integrations.
  • Experience in manufacturing, MRP, or advanced warehousing projects is highly beneficial.
