Job Overview

The role involves leading Dynamics Business Central implementations, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.

As the functional resource, provide expertise and guidance to the implementation team, conduct discovery workshops, and engage with clients to understand their supply chain processes, pain points, and tailor solutions.

This includes conducting scoping workshops, documenting requirements, creating functional specifications, designing documentation, and articulating value propositions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement and Discovery: Conduct discovery workshops, understand supply chain processes, identify pain points, and build rapport.
  • Solution Design and Scoping: Lead scoping workshops, document requirements, create functional specifications, and design documentation.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Lead presentations and discussions, articulate value propositions, and demonstrate solutions.
  • Implementation Execution: Coordinate project sprints, manage resources, mitigate risks, and prepare documentation.
  • Training and Mentorship: Deliver end-user training, act as a mentor, and promote continuous learning.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Dynamics Business Central features and improve implementation methodologies.

Experience in manufacturing, MRP, or advanced warehousing projects is preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be willing to undergo background checks.
