About This Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Client Facility Coordinator at The University of Queensland. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee maintenance operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining high standards.
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems across UQ's St Lucia Campus.
  • Assist in the implementation of maintenance projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with clients and contractors to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Apply your knowledge of HVAC systems to resolve maintenance issues and optimize performance.
About You

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled professional with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Your qualifications should include relevant education or experience, technical expertise in building maintenance, and a proven ability to manage projects and contracts effectively.
