Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Lettings Coordinator to join our team at Alcea Consultancy. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our lettings business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Processing: Process tenancy applications and prepare tenancy agreements to ensure compliance with current legislation.
  • Inventory and Documentation: Arrange inventories, gas safety certificates, EPCs, and other legal documentation to ensure properties meet regulatory requirements.
  • Front Office Management: Oversee the front office, handling face-to-face, telephone, and email enquiries, and control the office diary system.
  • Tenant and Landlord Liaison: Register potential tenants, arrange viewings, and liaise with landlords and contractors for maintenance works.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven background in estate agency or lettings, with experience in a front-of-house role.
  • Skills: Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office systems, and strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, with a can-do attitude, and a passion for customer care.
